Whether you are stepping into the teacher role (previously trained or not) or leveling up your own practice, you will walk away stronger and ready to inspire. From mastering powerful, strength-based sequences to understanding how breath, music, and movement create an unforgettable class experience, this training equips you to lead with confidence, power and precision.

What you'll master

Seven building blocks that take you from foundations to leading a room with power and precision.

Explore how Yoga Sculpt blends yoga, fitness, and functional training into one powerful practice. Understand its evolution and what makes it so effective and engaging.

Tap into the power of music to drive movement, elevate intensity, and create an immersive class experience.

Learn how to design classes that are safe, structured, and seriously energizing — keeping students motivated from the first beat to the final stretch.

Get practical, applicable anatomy knowledge that helps you teach smarter, prevent injuries, and support every body in the room.

Master proper lifting techniques and movement patterns to build strength safely and effectively.

Completion & Certification

End strong. Teach with confidence.

End with a live class and continuous direct feedback, and grow quickly with personalized guidance and real-time coaching throughout the training. Bring everything together in a real teaching experience and finish with a strong foundation.
